2. Exception Requests

If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, you may:

2. Include in your email:

   • Detailed reason for your request

We review all requests case-by-case and may require:

Note: Approved exceptions may receive account credits (vs. cash refunds) at our discretion.

3. Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscriptions:

• Cancel anytime via your account dashboard

• No refunds for partial billing periods

• Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle

4. Unauthorized Purchases by Minors
